Tendinitis and a pulled hip flexor, can’t I just get better already?

Hokay, SO, I met with coach today about the rest of the season and here’s where it got me:
I can run, but not sprint (the tendinitis in my foot hurts to do that)
I am going to lift, do extra pool workouts, work on form drills with the multi kids, and build my fitness up again.
I’ve been doing solid 45 min runs and it feels so good to be back with the team
